In 2015, Melissa completed a double bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Creative Industries at the Queensland University of Technology. She graduated with a distinction, proving that she is no stranger to hard work.

Melissa has been working in a customer service role for more than 15 years and thrives off the unique challenge presented by every new client she meets.

Melissa's favourite thing about working in administration is being able to guide a client's experience with RE/MAX Platinum. Nothing makes her happier than when a client is pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service they receive; She likes to refer to this as the Platinum experience.
